Fifteen Days safari

Day 1:After breakfast you proceed to Arusha national park. this park is very famous for flamingos in momela lakes, ngurdoto crater, the rare black and white colobus monkey etc. before getting to the park you will have chances to meet local people- wa-meru along the way. you will have lunch in the park before going back to the lodge/camp.

Day 2:you will proceed to the Tarangire national park. along the way you will visit a snake park, wa-arusha tribe, before going to the camp/lodge for hot lunch. after lunch, game drive in the park. back to the camp for overnight.
 

Day 3:you will have an early morning game drive in the Tarangire national park with well packed breakfast that you will have in the park.you will get to the camp arround 1:30 pm or a beat late as you will prefere for lunch.after lunch,short siesta until arround 4:45 when your naturalist maasai guide will take you to the short walk.the walk will take about 1hr to 2hrs.it is a very interesting walk as you will learn a lot about insects,different birds species, snakes, elephants at far,zebras, antelopes etc. back to the camp where your guide will join you arround the camp fire for the animal lectures before going for dinner.

Day 4:after breakfast from the camp,it is the day for the lake Manyara visit. but on the way you will be taken to the wa-arusha people along the way for the short visit.after the visit, we will visit the park. the park is very famous for the tree climbing lions, buffalos etc. back to the camp/lodge for overnight.

Day 5:After breakfast, your guide will take you to the famous mto wa mbu village local market where different kind of crops and fruits and grown and sold, eg red banana, beans sugar cane etc. you will be able to visit the schools around the area as well. this is generally a walking safari.  after this visit, back to the camp/lodge for hot lunch. after lunch, you will proceed to lake eyasi. is where you will meet the bushmen and the datoga. arriving to the camp approximately around 5:00 pm and get ready for dinner.

Day 6:leaving very early in the morning from the camp to join the bushmen for hunting. you will run with them hunting from big,medium size to small animals using arrows and bows. the hunt will take about 2 to 3 hours. later back to the lodge for breakfast and siesta.after the siesta, you will depart again for the datoga visit, walk at lake eyasi before coming back to the camp for overnight.

Day 7:after breakfast, you will do another work around the camp then back to the camp for lunch and get yourself ready for the Ngorongoro crater visit. you will get to the camp around 5:30 for overnight.

Day 8:you will depart very early in the morning to descend into the ngorongoro crater. we do recommend an early morning game drive to avoid dust in the afternoon. It is also the best time to spot the rare black rhinoceros. Lions, hyenas, jackals, elephants are other attractive. You will have your breakfast in the crater, later back to the camp for lunch. But we can also take both breakfast and lunch boxes for you so that you don't need to rush to the camp. later back to the camp for overnight.

Day 9: after breakfast, proceed to the Serengeti national park. For those who have requested, they will have a stop at oldupai gorge museum. We will have lunch boxes, so we will have an afternoon game drive before we go to the camp. It is also very posible to go straight to the camp for lunch to be followed by an afternoon game drive. Back to the lodge for overnight.

Day 10:you will have a full day game drive in the serengeti national. it is 14,763 square kilometers. there is a lot to see. some are lioness prides, leopards, buffalos. Antelopes etc.

Day 11: another full day game drive in the serengeti national park.back to the camp for overnight.

Day 12:after breakfast, you will have another half day game drive in the Serengeti national park. back to the camp for lunch. after lunch proceed to the western corridor of the Serengeti near lake Victoria. Game-drive en route toward your camp where you are going to overnight.

Day 13:you will explore the western coridor of the serengeti. it is where your guide will take you as close as one metre from the giant nile crocodiles at the famous grumeti river. apart from crocodiles you will also see more lions, elephants, baboons, black and white colobus monkeys and many more. you will be taken to the camp for hot lunch and short siesta while getting ready for an afternoon game drive.

Day 14:your guide will take you to lake victoria. it is about 55kms away from the area. you will have a chance to meet the biggest tribe in tanzania- who particularly live around the area. (wasukuma)- they are great fishers in the lake victoria. they will take you for fishing in the lake on boat,you will visit their homes made of soil and a dancing welcome from them. later you will have your packed lunches and get back to the hotel for siesta if you will be tired.

Day 15:after breakfast, you will be transfered by your guide to the nearby airstrip for you flight back to arusha.in arusha you will be picked by oldonyolengai safaris to transfer you to the hotel/any other destination.
